First concerto for Oboe and String Orchestra composed by Michelino Bisceglia with the Brussels Chamber Orchestra and Piet Van Bockstal on Oboe. Album release planned late 2017!

Michelino Bisceglia orchestrated and conducted the beautiful music composed by Raf Keunen for the film Le Fidéle (Racer and the Jailbird) directed by Michaël R. Roskam. The film will have it's world premiere at the international film festival in Venice and in Toronto.  

Michelino Bisceglia has been commissioned to compose the inauguration concert for the innovation park Thor Central in Genk (Belgium). The concert will be on September 16th with the Brussels Chamber Orchestra. 

Happy to announce I'll compose the music to the new Charlotte Rampling film "Hannah" directed by Andrea Pallaoro. The film is selected in competition on the international film festivals in Venice and Toronto. 

I'm so proud of the music I have composed for this film "Blue Silence", directed by Bülent Öztürk. I've enjoyed very much developing new sounds and moods combined with the strings orchestra. 

Just finished the music for the European film "Light Thereafter" directed by Konstantin Bojanov. Realizing most of the music was written based on the script last year. So excited with the result!

On February 6th the film The Pickle Recipe premieres at The Santa Barbara Film Festival. The soundtrack was composed by Michelino Bisceglia!

In 2015 Michelino Bisceglia was asked to produce an acoustic album for Channel Zero. Michelino Bisceglia created arrangements for existing songs of the band.

In 2015 Michel Bisceglia released a new studio album with his jazz trio: Blue Bird. The title of the album is a reference to the praised film by director Gust Van den Berghe.

We are very happy to announce to be commissioned as composer for the film "The Pickle Recipe" staring the oscar nominee David Paymer, John Dore and Lynn Cohen (from "The Hunger Games" and "Munich" from Steven Spielberg).

In 2015 Michelino Bisceglia was asked to create arrangements for 11 new songs composed by Myriam Alter. These songs were released on her third studio album: Crossways.  Myriam Alter is known for her unique, sometimes joyful, sometimes melancholic but always Mediterranean tinged music.

The soundtrack for the film "Marina" made it to the final five nominees for the World Soundtrack Award 2014 Public Choice. The winner will be announced during the World Soundtrack Awards ceremony on October 25th.

Michelino Bisceglia started composing all the music for the Opening Show of the Special Olympics European Summer Games Antwerp 2014. The music will be played live with an full symphonic orchestra.

At the Foggia Independent Film Festival in Italy (29 March – 5 April), Stijn Conix’ Marina has been awarded Best Film, while the feature was also given the Prize of the Film Critics. Italian-Belgian musician Rocco Granata, whose childhood inspired the story, was invited to the festival and after receiving the two awards, surprised the audience with a small performance.

April 17th release in Brazil and May 8th out in Italy!
